The beach is ten metres from the door, with no road in between. You don't have to watch the kids the whole way to the water. The pool gives parents an option when the sea is cold. Two-bedroom apartments (4+2) have two bathrooms, meaning less of a morning scramble before the beach.
Mornings with small children usually mean waiting in line for the bathroom before you can even get to the beach. Not here — two bathrooms mean you can get two kids ready at once, not one after the other.
